Design & Craftsmanship
Ginevra is the bed as a jewellery box. Its monumental headboard sweeps into tall curved wings, upholstered in ivory velvet and deep-button-tufted across the central panel, each wing finished with a line of fine gold nailhead that catches the light like a bracelet. The upholstered platform and matching bench sit on polished gold frames, while nightstands of white lacquer rise on sculptural gilded scroll-and-medallion legs and support lamps with feather-plume shades that diffuse a glow as soft as candlelight. Against blush-toned walls and a plush ivory rug, the suite composes a romantic, feminine grandeur that recalls the great European film-set bedrooms.
